It’s higher in fibre and protein and tastes just as good • - 2 pints cherry tomatoes • - 8 ounces of feta cheese (it’s best with a big block) • - 1/2 cup olive oil • - Salt & Pepper to taste • - 2 minced garlic cloves - Fresh basil (chopped) Set oven to 400 degrees. Combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt & pepper and mix. Then add block of feta, add the remaining olive oil, a little more pepper and put in oven for 30-35 minutes. While pasta is cooking, cook your pasta up! After done in oven add garlic, basil, mix and combine in with pasta.
