Getting confident standing on one leg is important for lots of different things but can be difficult in you have knee arthritis ☝🏽 Working on balancing on one leg and moving the other can be a great place to start getting better at walking and stair climbing 👏🏼 Use support if needed, especially if you have a hard time putting all of your weight on one side right now- kitchen counters work great 👍🏽 Complete up to 20 times as long as it feels good to you ✅ Modify as needed. The smaller the step, the easier it will be. Increase step height for increased difficulty.
