Joseph "Joe" Conor Reagan was a Detective in the New York City Police Department. He was part of the Warrant Squad and assigned to the 12th Precinct. Joe was the son of Frank and Mary Reagan, and the third child of the Reagan family. Joe was the brother of Daniel Reagan, Erin Reagan and Jameson Reagan.
