Located in Ba Ria Vung Tau province, Sanctuary is approximately 2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. On 16 hectares with a picturesque beachfront location, the fist phase of the project comprises 28 luxury residential villas. Phase 1 was completed in February 2010.
