A photo from my recent trip to White Sands National Monument; a place that is always calling me back. There's something about these sand dunes I've always liked: I love the ever changing dunes that seem to stretch on forever from the right vantages as well as the sometimes dramatic changes in light as the day progresses. Something about these dunes I've always liked, so I'm always trying to photograph them well and in a new light. I'm often envious of some of my contacts who seem to have an abundance of heavy clouds and endless coastlines … however, I think a cloudless sky can lend itself to minimalism well.
