INGREDIENTS: β’ 1 lemon β’ 2 garlic cloves β’ 3/4 cup of heavy cream β’ butter β’ parmesan cheese β’ red pepper flakes β’ pasta HOW TO MAKE: β’ melt 4 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat and sautΓ© 2 minced cloves of garlic (substitute for garlic powder) β’ cook pasta until al dente and reserve 1/4 cup of of the pasta water β’ to the pan, add heavy cream, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and the juice of one lemon β’ let this simmer for 5-10 minutes and then add freshly grated parmesan β’ add al dente pasta into the sauce pan and mix together until sauce thickens, adding more cheese and lemon juice as needed β’ add a splash of reserved pasta water to thin the sauce as needed β’ top with more parmesan, pepper, lemon zest & enjoy!
