INGREDIENTS • Apples • 1 sheet puff pastry • Egg white • Tbsp cinnamon Tbsp sugar INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat oven to 350° • Core and peel the apples and then cut them into rings • Roll out the puff pastry and then cut into long, thin strips • Wrap the dough around the apples (as shown in video) • Brush both sides with egg white and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon • Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet until they’re golden brown (~20 mins) • ENJOY
