These tiny pencils (and all similar writing implements) were all the rage at one point in time. And it seemed like everybody at school had at least one. They were fun to play around with because you could take off the topmost pencil or pen and put it on the bottom, pushing the whole stack upward.However, there was a slight hitch to the design. Losing just of the mini-pencils meant that you couldn’t write with them without pushing the pencil lead inside.
