Steamed Tofu With Salted Black Beans Sauce Ingredients: • 1 package soft tofu (300g) • 1 tbsp salted black bean, wash & finely chopped • 25g ginger, thinly sliced • 1-2 tbsp cooking oil For toppings: • More fresh ginger for toppings (optional) • 1 tbsp chopped scallions Sauce ingredients: • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar • 1/4 tsp white pepper • 1 tbsp shaoxing wine (optional) • 1 tsp cornstarch / arrowroot powder • 3-4 tbsp water Method: 1.)
