Minky option: Exterior cream fabric is 100% cotton, interior cream minky is 100% polyester and interior cream and gray base sheet is 100% cotton. All Cotton option: Exterior cream fabric is 100% cotton, cream and gray interior is 100% cotton. Please note, that the interior fill is 100% polyester, even on our all cotton products.
