When I get old, I'm not going to sit around knitting. I'm going to be clicking my Life Alert button to see how many hot firefighters show up! Growing old gracefully used to begin at about 35, but today women prefer to 'stay young gratefully' with thanks to designers, beauticians and plastic surgeons. -Edith Head My daughter said " that's exactly why you don't have one" LOL! My Mom loved when the paramedics showed up no matter how hurt she was from fall, she always had a sense of humor and said "are you single?" :) My mom used to do this on a pretty regular basis. Where they knew her by her first name and she them. So sweet!! I'm kind of comfortable with getting older because it's better than the other option, which is being dead. I just pray for health and strength and too get old enough to have a emergency lifeline button. Way to go Grandma some firefighters are really worth seeing over and over :) I am so glad that l don't know how to knit. And I'm not gonna learn. Pushing the alert button sounds much better. I guess. Tossing away my knitting needles.. NOW 😂
