I'm thinking after my fashion post everyone bought out the Gap! Well you can't go wrong with the price and won't feel too guilty! I'm going to show you how we change the exterior of this renovation [by Ladisic Fine Homes] with paint and landscaping! I have posted a little about this before but since it was in Southern Homes I'm sharing some of their beautiful shots. Seriously....same roof....some new windows! Sometimes I walk through my neighborhood and see a dingy brown house and think that a good coat of white paint would be such a game changer. This color is Farrow and Ball Ballet White and the trim is BM Coventry Gray. Just cutting back the overgrown bushes..... It's so darn pretty now! This was the back deck...... And is now the back porch!!! Pretty Summer Classics furniture. Changed out the oval windows and took off the small deck. This was the before....while they were creating the paths. I found those chairs on overstock! They are out of stock but here is the link. The pillows are from Serena and Lily. The white garden stools are from Wisteria. Can you even? Lord I would love to bring in a crew to overhaul my back yard. That's the thing about Georgia....I'm good putzing in the yard April and May....even a little of June but dang when it gets to July and it's Africa hot..... I'm so done. The heat....the bugs....I can't take it! I'm on my way to Orange Theory.....even when you get old you still have to work out...hahahaha. Thought for the day....seeing a picture of yourself at my age.....For realz......I think I'm looking at my grandma....or I am in complete denial that something is wrong with the camera.
