Do you get tired of the sweet protein drinks? 💁🏻‍♀️ It’s one of the top complaints I hear after bariatric surgery. I. Just. Can’t. Take. Another 😩 If this is you then try adding unflavored protein powder to soups. It will clump if you add it above 140 F, but does well if you add it before hearing. It may change the texture a bit and to be honest the flavor a little bit. But I definitely encourage you to try it if you haven’t already. I hope this helps.
