RECIPE: • 1. Wash and slice your zucchini into thin strips. • 2. In one bowl, whisk 2 eggs with a spoonful of my homemade ranch dressing. • 3. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. • 4. Dip the zucchini first into the egg mixture and then into the flour mixture. • 5. Place them on a greased air crisp basket and air fry at 400° for 10 minutes. • *It is important that you spray your air crisp basket or else they will stick to it. • *We dipped ours in my homemade ranch dressing. • *If you are allergic to almond flour, it can be omitted from this recipe or replaced with crushed pork rinds.
