15min · 2 servings INGREDIENTS 1 kg scallops | large • 50 g. butter • 1 garlic clove | diced • 150 ml white wine • 1/2 lemon zest • 250 g. parmesan cheese • parsley | diced • black pepper salt PREPARATION 1. Clean the scallops, remove the guts and wash them in cold water. Shells must be perfectly cleaned. In case of using frozen scallops let it defrost in the refrigerator for a few hours before. The main tip is to remove the moisture from the scallops with the paper towel and leave it for a couple of minutes. • 2. Place the scallops on the baking pan, season with salt & pepper, add a piece of butter on the top of each, pour white wine, add garlic, parsley & lemon zest. At last cover generously with parmesan cheese. • 3. In preheated 200`C oven put that all and bake for 5
