1hr 30min · 1 serving -400g (2 blocks) firm tofu • Pat fry it and score it diagonally as shown in the video. • -2 Tbsp soy sauce • -1 Tsp smoked paprika • Add it to the tofu that it’s fully coated with the mix. • Bake at 190C/375F for 50-60mins. • Glaze: • -4 minced cloves of garlic • Fry in some oil • -1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar • -1 Tbsp mustard • -2 Tbsp water • -salt to taste • Pour it over the tofu and bake for another 10mins.
