Ingredients: • 1 whole cauliflower or bag of florets • 2-3 tbsp olive oil • Salt to taste • Pepper to taste • 1 tsp minced garlic • 3 tsp paprika • 1 tsp onion powder • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Instructions: • Preheat oven to 400°F • Wash and dry your cauliflower. • Cut cauliflower into florets. • Add cauliflower to a large zip lock bag along with the rest of the ingredients and shake until the cauliflower florets are evenly coated. You can also toss the ingredients with the cauliflower in a large bowl if you don’t have a bag. • Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper and spread your cauliflower onto the pan. • Bake at 400° F for 30-35 minutes, tossing them halfway through. • Garnish with parsley if you wish.
