1hr · 6 servings Ingredients: • 1 lb ground beef • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp cumin • Salt and pepper to taste • 1 lb frozen hashbrowns • 1 can rotel • 1 can cheddar cheese soup • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1 packet taco seasoning • 2 cups shredded colby Jack cheese • 2 cups lightly crushed Doritos Directions: • Preheat oven to 350F • In a pan brown ground beef and drain the grease. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. • To a 9x13 casserole dish add in cooked meat, frozen hashbrowns, soup, rotel, sour cream, and taco seasoning. • Once combined bake for 30 minutes. • After 30 minutes remove and top with Colby Jack cheese and crushed Doritos. • Bake for another 10 minutes. • Serve and enjoy!
