The net sales growth for Designer Brands, excluding the impact of the Keds acquisition, is expected to be down by mid to high-single digits. However, the incremental net sales from the Keds acquisition are anticipated to be between $75.0 million and $85 million. The guidance for diluted EPS is projected to be between $1.20 and $1.50.
