Filled with natural wonder, and the essence of nature is clearly communicated by simply looking at the photograph. There is a strong contrast of tones here which brings out the green. The moss and fauna that covers most of the Icelandic ground here is growing on black sand that is volcanic in nature. This being one of the most active volcanic areas of the world, much of the landscape reflects this unique nature of Iceland. **I encourage potential customers to order metal prints - the quality of metal prints is worth the extra money, and they don't require frames Please note that some photographs will require cropping in order to fit within a specified size. I will notify you if the size you have selected will require any cropping prior to shipment. Many images are displayed in (3:2) dimensions and will not need to be cropped when sized: 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 14x21, 16x24, 18x27, 20x30, etc. All printed photographs use award-winning KODAK PROFESSIONAL ENDURA paper which has set the standard for print quality. The paper has been specially designed to contain more vibrant colors and can be printed with either a Lustre or Glossy finish. Other options include Kodak ENDURA metallic, Fuji Pearl, and Fuji Deep Matte (add 25% to the price of the print for these options) - notify me and I'll post your customized item.
