This interactive mobile is a Montessori Infant material used to encourage reaching, grasping and batting while stimulating the tactile, visual and auditory senses.  Features an elastic cord for additional sensory exploration; as the child interacts with the bell, it bounces and rings.  Hang from a baby play gym, like this one, while the infant is on their back. The total length of the ribbon including the elastic is approx. 21.5" (54.5cm). Please note that this activity is only appropriate in settings where an adult will maintain constant supervision.  Safety regulations in Canada state that infants should not engage with materials longer than 22 cm or a loop exceeding 44 cm around.  The Bell on a Ribbon must be securely fastened to a Baby Gym at all times.
