This acutely angled building was constructed in 1914 at the corner of Harrison Avenue and NE 5th Street. The triangular style is referred to as a 'flat iron building'. This is Oklahoma City’s best example of a flat iron building. (Here is perhaps the most well known flat iron building). For many years the Heierding Building was a meat market.
