My craft room recently got a makeover thanks to National Painting Week with Sherwin-Williams (#SWPaintingWeek) which starts next week, April 7-April 13th! Each day of next week, you can tune in to SWPaintingWeek.com to see room reveals, or furniture reveals from some of your favorite bloggers. I was asked if I'd like to paint a room in my home pink to celebrate National Painting Week. Pink! I am the mom of two boys (and one very manly man), so the idea of claiming a little corner of my home for all-things-girly appealed to me. However, pink isn't a paint color that I have worked with before, so I was a little nervous and a whole lot excited for the challenge! What better room to claim as my own pink haven, then my craft room? Before choosing my shade of pink paint, I first hit Pinterest to gather some inspiration for my craft room makeover. I wanted it to look feminine, but not like a nursery. I wanted it to be fun and yet not juvenile. It was a tricky mix! Below are some of the photos I used as inspiration for the room design.
