Le thème était trop tentant ... encore une fois ! Regardez donc ce que la nouvelle organisatrice, Anaïs, http://www.lemonandsardine.fr/2014/12/21/foodista-challenge-5/#comment-486 , nous a proposé ... Alors j'ai cherché des idées plutôt sucrées et hop ! J'ai choisi rapidement celle d'Isabelle, http://lasoupealacitrouille.blogspot.fr/2014/05/biscuits-tendres-au-citron.html , sa recette de biscuits italiens moelleux au citron ! Merci donc pour ce partage divin ! A vrai dire, non seulement ils sont moelleux mais ils sont recouverts d'une mince couche de sucre qui croustille tout en finesse quand vous les dégustez, sensation qui précède celle du moelleux, mmmh... Ils sont tout simplement, en un mot (qui résume souvent tout) , EXCELLENTS !!! Repère supplémentaire très simple: quand Monsieur hoche la tête la bouche pleine pendant sa dégustation, c'est un signe de pur délice, croyez-moi ! ^_^ Bref, terriblement conquis, nous sommes ! Vos essentiels pour 15 biscuits: - 100 g de beurre mou - 1 œuf - le jus et les zestes d'un citron non traité - 120 g de sucre - 300 g de farine mélangée à un demi sachet de levure chimique - du sucre et du sucre glace dans deux bols séparés Dans le bol de votre robot, avec la feuille, ou dans un récipient creux avec un batteur, fouetter le beurre et l’œuf. Ajouter ensuite le jus du citron ainsi que les zestes. Verser le sucre et fouetter encore. Terminer par les ingrédients secs: le mélange farine-levure. Bien mélanger de façon à obtenir une pâte homogène. Poser la pâte obtenue dans un bol et le couvrir de film alimentaire. Le placer au réfrigérateur pendant 30 minutes. Au bout des 30 minutes... Préchauffer votre four à 180°. Préparer une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé ou d'un tapis de cuisson, ainsi que les deux bols de sucre et de sucre glace. Utiliser une cuillère à soupe pour prélever des boules de pâte, puis les façonner dans vos mains (4 cm de diamètre environ). Les faire rouler dans le sucre semoule puis dans le sucre glace. Les déposer une à une en quinconce sur votre plaque, en les espaçant généreusement. Mettre la plaque au réfrigérateur pendant 15 minutes. Enfourner enfin à 180° pendant 15 minutes, temps de cuisson à surveiller selon les fours. Les biscuits auront un bel aspect craquelé, ils ne doivent pas dorer. Bonne dégustation !
