Sprinkle some Blackstone SPG Seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing often. Add a bit of water and cover with a dome to steam for 5 minutes. Cook the bacon until crispy, then remove from the griddle and drain on paper towels. Once cool, chop into small pieces. After the broccoli is cooked, place it on a cutting board and chop it very finely. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs.
