Cordon blue zwany kotletem szwajcarskim to nic innego jak pierś z kurczaka nadziana szynką i serem żółtym. Mięso to jest bardzo proste do przygotowania i wspaniale smakuje. Najlepiej smakuje na gorąco kiedy ser jest roztopiony. Kotlet szwajcarski (Cordon blue) Składniki: 2 pojedyncze piersi z kurczaka sól pieprz słodka papryka kilka plastrów sera żółtego kilka plastrów szynki 1 jajko kilka łyżek mąki pszennej kilka łyżek bułki tartej olej do smażenia Piersi z kurczaka myję, osuszam i przekrawam każdą wzdłuż na pół. Każdą część wkładam pomiędzy dwa arkusze folii spożywczej. Następnie rozbijam na cienkie płaty uważając aby nie porozrywać mięsa. Oprószam z obydwu stron solą, pieprzem i słodką papryką. Plastry sera i szynki przykrawam nożem do rozmiaru rozbitych kotletów. Na dwa płaty mięsa kładę plastry sera, plastry szynki i znów plastry sera. Przykrywam pozostałymi płatami piersi. Tak złożone kotlety wkładam do lodówki na minimum 1 godzinę. Następnie obtaczam kotlety w mące i zanurzam w roztrzepanym z solą jajku. Panieruję w bułce tartej. Kładę na rozgrzany olej i smażę na niewielkim ogniu ok. 10 minut z jednej strony na ładny złoty kolor. Po usmażeniu przekładam mięso na papierowe ręczniki. Smacznego! :)
