In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with a light coating of olive oil until evenly covered. Season with approximately 2 tbsp each of garlic powder and paprika, along with 2-3 large pinches of kosher salt and one large pinch of black pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Once the griddle is heated, add some olive oil and place the wings on it, ensuring they are spread out to allow space between them for proper searing. Cook until a nice sear forms, about 3-4 minutes per side. While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of Ranch dressing, 1-2 tsp of Blackstone Garlic Mojo Seasoning, 1 tsp of paprika, a pinch of salt and pepper, the juice of one orange and lime, and a pinch or two of chopped cilantro. Stir well and set aside. When the wings are about 80 percent cooked, slice the oranges and limes in half and add them to the griddle with the wings to sear. This enhances the flavors and juiciness. Once the fruit starts to develop color, squeeze their juice onto the wings and return the wings to the griddle. Generously season the wings with Blackstone Citrus Garlic Mojo Seasoning and toss. As a pro tip, you can place the wings on the fruit halves to prevent burning and infuse them with fruit juices. When fully cooked, transfer the wings and seared fruit to a large platter. Drizzle with the garlic mojo ranch sauce, garnish with cilantro, and lightly dust with additional citrus garlic mojo seasoning. Serve and enjoy! Recipe Video
