Sie können nach Lust und Laune belegt und wunderbar mit der Hand gegessen werden. Und so wird´s gemacht: Zutaten (10 Mini-Pizzen) je nach Belag 4 SP – 6 SP pro Pizza (WW Your Way) 5 Pita-Taschen 1 kleine Dose passierte Tomaten mit Kräutern 1 Kugel Mozzarella 5 Scheiben Parmaschinken 5 kleine Tomaten 1 handvoll Rucola 50g Grana Padano Zubereitung Zuerst den Backofen auf 200°C (Ober- und Unterhitze) oder den Kontaktgrill (Stufe 4) vorheizen. Mozzarella abtropfen lassen und in Stücke schneiden. Tomaten waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. Grana Padano reiben oder hobeln.
