Libby Russell has spent 15 years developing her own Somerset garden, unifying two distinct halves within a valley, filling it with year-round colour and cultivating a sense of comfort and joy.
This Holabird and Root designed townhouse is in great contrast with the traditional Romanesque and Revival styled houses built along Astor Street in Chicago's Gold Coast. The architectural firm worked mostly in the Art Deco Style as seen in one of their most famous buildings, the Chicago Board of Trade. The stone was imported from France and is trimmed in black granite.
