A large serving bowl glazed in rustic matte white, with an unglazed rim that enhances the natural clay. This bowl is very versatile, you can use it as a fruit bowl, for serving salad or in the oven as a baking dish! This item is made to order, production time is approx 1-4 weeks. Each piece is made in the Nordic Pottery studio in the south of Sweden. First it is thrown on the potters wheel and then trimmed after a couple of days. After that it is fired in a bisque firing, glazed, and then once again fired in the kiln. This process takes about 3 weeks, and is made with attention to detail and a love for good craftsmanship. This small vase was thrown on the potter's wheel with stoneware clay, trimmed, sanded, fired, glazed and fired again. It was glazed with blues and greens that run together to make a one-of-a-kind vase. It's about TK inches tall and TK inches wide at the widest part. The opening is about 1/2 inch. It was made with lead-free materials and is dishwasher and microwave safe. **I notice that when buyers purchase more than one item, shipping is astronomical. Our Table Top Planters are thrown as one form, featuring attached bases and drainage holes. The small size includes 1 hidden holes built into the sides. The attached base allows the option of bottom watering. They are thrown in white stoneware and dipped in our house made glazes.
