Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with brands such as Adobe, Balenciaga, Epic Games, Fortnite, Unreal Engine, Twitch, Hilton, Pfizer and Louisville Slugger, Hertz, MillerCoors, Reflektive, Dell, Honeywell, VML, Legalshield, IDshield, as well as many more. I approach creative challenges holistically by conducting research, building strategies, and executing the creative solution with a high level of craft. I have over 10 years of building, managing, and scaling multifaceted global creative teams. I have led organizations of over 30 including managing managers. As a seasoned leader, I have maintained my craft and use it to inspire and direct work when needed, all while building scalable, sustainable and award winning creative teams. My work has been seen and used by billions of people. I have been featured in countless press pieces, blogs, podcasts, interviews, websites and inspiration sites. I am a regular guest and host on Adobe Live where I educate, show, teach and entertain other creatives who are at various stages in their career.
