linocut print RAIN blue - original art print, nature wall art, limited edition. Linocut print on high quality Fabriano Rosapina 220g ivory paper. Illustration taken from my project "Rendez-vous bleu". This linocut can be used as a wall decoration, why not combined with other illustrations. I manually print each copy, so each is unique with slight variations in color. There are 100 copies signed by hand in pencil, in color light blue and dark blue . Format 25 x 35 cm. They are sold unframed. I draw my project directly on the linoleum and the grave using gouges. Then I roll a water-based ink on the lino and lay the paper to make a manual print. If you would like another color than those offered, or if you have a question, don't hesitate to ask me.

Very cool printmaking ideas and inspiration for printmaking projects.
Original handmade lino print of Truro Cathedral, Cornwall. Each print is hand drawn, cut, and printed by me, so are all slightly different and unique. Made from a photo taken of the Cathedral one evening, the detailed architecture lit up against the night sky made for a particularly good idea for a print. The print is 17cm x 24cm - just smaller than A4, printed on white printmaking paper with black block printing ink and finished with a straight edge. It is shipped to you in a hardback envelope to ensure an uncreased journey. Any questions, just send me a message!
It took me years of dedicated practise to realize that there are techniques available to me in linocut that are unique and wonderful and better than drawing in certain respects. I’m here to share my most effective strategies with you so that you can have a similar experience and learn to love this medium like I do.

Printed on 45 gram Mulberry paper using Canfield safe wash inks.
Reduction Printmaking: In relief printing, a reduction print is a multicolor print in which the separate colors are printed from the same block. Usually, the lightest color is printed first and then the block is "reduced" by carving away certain areas to prepare the plate for the next color. The disadvantage of reduction printmaking is that once the print is complete, the process cannot be duplicated. The linocut is a printmaking technique similar to that of the woodcut, the difference bei

Hand carved Pismo Beach Print using rubber stamp. Each print is made by hand with black ink on white paper and cut to 5x7 inches. The stamp itself measures 4x6 inches. Each handmade print is unique and there are natural variations in how the ink looks on each piece. Inspired by the dunes of California this piece uses sharp contrast to lay out a sunrise scene on a solitary dune.
Details: one unframed, 8 x 10 inch print of a hand carved mountain-scape using hand blended Speedball water-based ink on Strathmore 300 series printmaking paper. This print is a mix of graphic minimalism and Japanese-inspired energy. Some people think these are waves, rather than mountains, and I love how it can be both. Because each print is individually printed, the lines and ink distribution vary and no two images are ever the same!
This original hand-carved and hand-printed design features a mountain landscape under a starry night sky. This piece was printed in a subtle blue/gray to black gradient. Each print measures 5”x7” and would look great in a frame of the same size. The perfect decor for my fellow hikers, mountain lovers, and print collectors! Please keep in mind that every print is unique and may differ slightly from the image shown (i.e. slight variations in ink texture/density). Included: One 5”x7” original block print (signed and numbered) in color/paper combo of choice: - Blue/black gradient on white paper - Black ink on white paper - Black ink on Kozo paper (a thinner, slightly off white Japanese paper)
