En la mañana fui a la cafebrería El Péndulo de la colonia Roma, para comprar algunos regalos navideños. Veía los modelos de sus padrísimas playeras "Palabras de algodón", cuando un empleado se me acercó para atenderme muy amable. Estábamos revisando las prendas y de repente me preguntó: "¿... y cuándo vuelve a salir La Mosca?". Me sorprendió muchísimo que me reconociera, pero claro que me dio gusto y estuvimos charlando un rato. Tiene la colección casi completa (sólo le faltan cuatro ejemplares de los primeros seis números de la revista) y también mi novela Matar por Ángela, la cual ya leyó y le gustó. Fue un momento muy grato. No hace mucho me pasó algo similar, cuando iba en el metrobús un sábado en la tarde (hará más o menos un mes) y al llegar a la estación Río Churubusco, una pareja de jóvenes se dispuso a bajar. Al pasar junto a mí, el chavo me tendió la mano y me dijo "me gustó lo que escribiste en tu blog, felicidades". La chava me sonrió desconcetada y se fueron. No tuve tiempo más que para decir "gracias". Pero ese tipo de cosas no dejan de provocarme sorpresa... y gratitud.
