Chocolate syrup brownies is a delicious, soft and moist dessert that is easy to make. These brownies are slightly chewy and fudgy.
Give your kitchen the ultimate traditional centerpiece with the Finnian Pull-Down Faucet. Equal parts stylish and functional, its high-arch, gooseneck silhouette offers plenty of clearance for larger pots and pans. To make dishwashing and food prep even easier, its two-function sprayer allows you to switch between an aerated stream and a powerful spray while a single lever handle controls both water pressure and temperature. Additionally, its pull-down head makes rinsing hard-to-reach areas of your sink a breeze. Choose your favorite finish to complement existing decor. Aerated stream and spray.

Make this very special decadence for your holiday, celebration, or just because.
One of my favorite architectural elements in a home is chunky wood paneling (known as shiplap or a similar tongue and groove paneling). Sigh. It makes my
The Semihandmade Impression line of eight textured melamine doors offers the look and variety of real wood with better color and grain consistency, less maintenance, and (best of all!) a lower cost. Note: All Impression parts are 3/4" thick, have a textured melamine topcoat and particleboard core, and are made in the USA. All parts are non-sequenced and run vertical-grain only (except toe-kicks, light-rail and panels over 48" wide). Impression panels are flat/slab-style and 3/4" thick (Ikea's are typically 5/8"). Back Color - MatchingWhen installing, Semihandmade base, tall and wall panels are made to run straight to the floor and slightly past or "proud" of the door/drawer fronts for a more custom, built-in look (see the Installation Manual for more details). *Please note: Flip-Up doors come un-drilled and users will have to drill their own holes for installation.
We are so pleased to welcome Erica Feldmann to the blog today to share bits of her home with us!"My boyfriend Dave and I live in a two bedroom apartment in Somerville, MA with our cats Moscow and Salem. We fell in love with the space right away because of its natural light, original French…
Name: Erica Feldmann and Dave Wells Location: Somerville, MA Size: 1,100 square feet Years lived in: 3 years; Rented Like many millennials, Erica and Dave were drawn to Boston by grad school, and their life path is similar to that of current and past generations: move to a new place, meet somebody, start putting down roots. What is different is this: their apartment doesn’t feel like it belongs to a couple in their first place together.
There was no way I was going to make samples for the Erica Quilt without making a scrappy, rainbow version. This pattern is great for scraps in general, but it is especially good for making a scrappy rainbow. My only debate was what to do with the background fabric for this quilt. I could have used a solid, but I was t
Some mornings on my way to work, I drive through the neighborhood where this gorgeous home is located. It's one of those neighborhoods where driving through gives me extreme motivation - motivation that makes me work harder that day in hopes that the hard work will one day enable me to have a home even remotely like the ones I see. The owners of this particular home decided that they wanted a little big change. So they tore down their old home and decided to build a new one on the same property that reflected their current desires in a home. They hired architect Gregg Palmer and interior designer Amy Morris to bring their desires to life. I find the finished product to be lovely. Of course I love the bright walls and mixed with the warm tones of the lighting and furniture. I adore the windows (I have GOT to have windows like that in my dream home), those little sconces flanked on each side of the window in the kitchen, and the simple artwork in the entry. It's just a pretty and warm space that I wouldn't mind having myself one day... :) Images by Erica George Dines

A creamy comforting casserole like that of our youth, made over with healthier ingredients, no cream of anything, and no meat, egg, or dairy. Delicious. Soulful. And easy to throw together on a weeknight. Just like the original.
