This card was featured on Pinterest, and I immediately thought it would make a wonderful Mother's Day card for my class. However, 3 of my students do not have their mother anymore, so I changed the sentiment for something more neutral. It is a partial case from Biggan at splitcoaststampers. However, I did change a few things around. I started by punching five 1 3/8" circles, and sponging them with Blushing Bride with the edges Pear Pizzaz. These I folded into dahlia flowers using this tutorial. The stem was die cut using Pear Pizzaz cardstock and the Bouquet die. The stem and flowers were arranged on a Very Vanilla background embossed with the script embossing folder. This background was matted with Pink Pirouette cardstock and then a 1/4" Pink Pirouette ribbon and bow were adhered to the bottom. This was adhered to a Sahara Sand layer, which in turn was adhered to a Blushing Bride base card. The sentiment is "For Being You" (SAB) and was punched using the oval die. The oval was reinserted back into the punch to reduce its size. It was also sponged with Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzaz. Supplies Used: Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog I also used the script embossing folder (retired) and the Bouquet die.

Hello stamping friends, I have another sneak peek to share with you from the 2024-2025 Annual catalogue. As a demonstrstor we have access to preorders from new upcoming catalogues. When I first saw the Country Flowers Bundle, I knew it was one that I would love. The stamp set includes two different containers, three foliage and flower stamps, a stool and five greetings. For this card I stamped the front pail and flowers first. I created a mask for the pail and then stamped the stool and the teapot and flowers. I stamped the stool again on a piece of woodgrain card stock from the Country Woods DSP and fussy cut it out. I trimmed the stool so that it would fit behind the front pail. I coloured the image with my Blends Markers and cut out the image with a Deckled Rectangle Die. Happy Easter stamping friends, be sure to pop back soon for more peeks from the new catalogue. If you live in Australia and do not already have a demo, contact me and I can send you your own catalogue as soon as it's available. Happy stamping, Rachel
Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I'm hopping with a talented group of demonstrators from around the world. Our challenge today it to select any vertical, horizontal, or diagonal line in the tic tac toe board below. I'm going with the middle vertical line and using Wild Wheat and gold as my yellow and a new-to-me fun fold. I have a free tutorial download for you below and also a video on my YouTube Channel showing the construction of this card from start to finish. Here is the front of my card. Here is a top view of the fold. The base is 11" x 4 1/4" and is scored at 2 1/8", 4 1/4", and 5 1/2". This view is the card folded up to go into the envelope. The front center designer piece of paper (3 1/4" x 4") is from the Most Adored specialty Designer Series Paper and is backed with a 3 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece of Wild Wheat. The paper on the side sections is from Nature's Sweetness Designer Series Specialty pack. (4" x 1 1/8") The gold foil was cut and embossed with the awesome Thoughtful Moments 3D Embossing Folder that cuts and embosses all at the same time. The gold flowers were cut with a die from Lifetime of Love. I stamped this sentiment on the inside in Wild Wheat, but this card would also be a great anniversary or wedding card. To download your free tutorial, please click on the box below. Links to all the supplies I used are listed below. Click on the picture below to visit my YouTube Channel and watch me assemble this card. While you're there, please subscribe to my channel and like my video. Thank you for visiting my blog. Hello friends, Here’s a fancy fold masculine card using the Sailing Home stamp set (#c149457). The cardstock I have used is Whisper White (#106549), Misty Moonlight (#153086) and Seaside Spray (#150889). There is quite a lot of cutting for this card. The base card is the normal size card - 14.9cm x 10.5cm. The Whisper White card at the front is 23cm x 4cm and scored in half (11.5cm) on the long side and 1cm at each end. The middle white layer is 18cm x 7cm and scored in half (9cm) on the long side and 1cm at each end. The back white layer is 12cm x12cm and scored in half (6cm) and 1 cm at each end. The Misty Moonlight card sizes are as follows and 2 required for each size - 3.5cm x 10cm 6.5cm x 7.5cm 11.5cm x 4.5cm 13.9cm x 9.5cm Seaside Spray card sizes as follows and 2 required of each size - 6cm x 7cm 11cm x 4cm 13.4cm x 9cm I stamped the lighthouse and small boat with Misty Moonlight ink (#153118), the larger boats and sentiments with Merry Merlot ink (#147112) and the anchor with Basic Gray ink (#147118). The Seaside Spray cards were all dry embossed with the Seabed 3D Embossing Folder (#152700) and the Misty Moonlight card on the front layer with the Hammered Metal 3D embossing folder (#150646). Each of the stamped images were cut with the Smooth Sailing Dies (#149576). I also cut the wheel from Silver Foil (#132178) and the rope from Copper Foil (#142020) and the seaweed from Misty Moonlight card. The sentiment is from the Many Mates stamp set (#c152633) and cut with the Stitched Rectangles Dies (#151820). I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) and Mini Glue Dots (#103683) to attach all the elements to the card. Have a great day. lesleyjendra.stampinup.net [email protected]
