As we find ourselves sitting a little more, if you’re working from home/home schooling, your muscles can become shortened and tight. You may also find doing higher repetition home workouts can leave you feeling sore, so these stretches would be perfect for you as well! Hold each stretch for 30 seconds, nice, smooth movement, don’t bounce or overstretch (pushing the stretch till it hurts).
