Stir till it forms a dough. When working on it, if you feel like it's a bit too dry you may add more water or oil or if it's the opposite, add a bit more flour. Press into pie dish, bake for 10 minutes at 400 F. Now for the filling, mix all together except the toppings. Let it rest inside the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes. It will thicken due to the flaxmeal. Pour into the crust. Top with chocolate chips or more pecans. Bake for atleast 35 minutes. Then turn off from the oven and let it sit inside the turned-off oven!
