I intend to make some healthy recipes, like this one from time to time. I do not know if I will get it, because I love buttercream and cakes, but I'll try and see if I can get to a good balance. In addition, I will also try to make a vegan recipe from time to time, because it is difficult for them to find pastry that they can eat, since almost everything has product of animal origin. And today I also want to take the opportunity to tell you a little about the ingredients in the recipes. Particularly about organic ingredients. This is important because if we are going to use the skin the organic product does not have the wax that they usually put to all the fruit of supermarket and that much that we wash it, in the end it ends up going to our organism. So, this part is important. On the rest, well each one obviously does what he or she can. I understand that not everyone has affordable organic products or that is not in the ideal economic situation to afford these things. But, in summary, and if you want to get good results in your recipes, use quality ingredients, especially eggs and dairy.
