Composed of stitch patterns pulling the lace weight yarn every which way, Effervescent is a floating, airy confection. Be sure to work this lovely shawl up in a very very loose gauge, then watch the blocking magic happen! If you have already purchased a pin or yarn option from my site, DO NOT PURCHASE this eBook. It is already included and you will receive it as a gift! 2016, year seven of my lace and shawl pin club, is here! The club has four installments, sent starting January, April, July and October 15th. This is the pattern only version of the club and will be released between the 25th and the end of the month in January, April, July and October. Do not purchase this if you have already purchased an option including yarn and or pins from the Designs by Romi site. The 2016 patterns will all be delivered via Ravelry as an eBook - much like my small shawl subscriptions. The purchase price includes the full year - 4 patterns plus a year-end surprise. The eBook will be available for purchase throughout the 2016 club year, but the single patterns will not be released for sale until 2017. The patterns you receive will be brand new designs. For those of you who would like to join me, there will always be knit-alongs for the patterns in my Ravelry group. All patterns will be designed and written by me - designer of Brandywine, Maia Shoulderette, Fiori di Sole, Muir, Rosa Flora and others. Club purchases are non-refundable. Thank you for knitting my patterns and supporting indie pattern design! Lace weight yarns can be daunting, yet the projects made with lace weight yarn are always attractive. The Lilac Love Lace Shawl is a delicate, airy confection that you’ll love wrapping around your shoulders. This is one knit shawl pattern that you’ll love to see spread out, since the intricate stitching is a beauty to look at. A fine yarn is used in this knit lace shawl pattern, but the end result is worth it; the yarn will look like a fine aura.

. . . this morning, awoke a little earlier than these past few holiday mornings, and after a leisurely coffee, finished taking down the rest of the decorations from the tree, glittery baubles and silk tartan ribbons spilling over onto tables and floors; must confess, was rather sad to see it all come nearly to an end; but with every ending, there is a new beginning, and while quite the maximalist when it comes to décor, for the new […]
