Finish options: A variety of satin lacquer and oil finishes are available, please inquire for all wood or finish options. Note: The oil finishes are flat, waterproof and penetrate deeply, bonding with the upper fibers of the wood to create a silky surface that feels “finished” but looks like raw wood. You can expect much variation in grain and some knots, slight cracks and small filled knotholes that are naturally occurring in the completed pieces. It is part of our aesthetic and process when making handcrafted pieces to not attempt to hide these natural irregularities that we believe make a piece more beautiful and unique.
