Zengin Batı’nın yoksulları Yoksullaşma sadece az gelişmiş üçüncü dünya ülkelerine mahsus değil. Almanya gibi en gelişkin kapitalist ülkelerde de yoksulluk oranında büyük artış var. Junge Welt’in geçen haftaki haberi ülkedeki tabloyu çarpıcı şekilde gözler önüne seriyordu. Buna göre 15 milyondan fazla Alman, ki bu nüfusun yaklaşık yüzde 18,7’si demek, yoksulluk tehdidi altında. Her yedi kişiden birisi yoksullukla karşı karşıyayken, halkın önemli kesimi sadece kira, ulaşım ve yemek için çalışıyor. Avrupa Birliği genelinde ise fakirlik ve sosyal dışlanmadan etkilenenlerin toplam nüfus içindeki oranı yüzde 22,5’u buluyor. Yoksulluk tanımı değişse de, üçüncü dünya ülkelerindeki tanım ile gelişmiş ülkelerdeki tanımlama farklılık arz etse de tablo her iki cephede de benzer. 2 milyar yoksul Küresel İnsani Yardım Raporu’nun 2018 verilerine göre dünyada 2 milyar kişi yoksulluk, 753 milyon kişi de aşırı yoksulluk içinde yaşamını sürdürmeye çalışıyor. 19 Ağustos Dünya İnsani Yardım Günü’nde açıklanan verilere göre de 42 ülkede 132 milyon kişi insani yardıma muhtaç durumda. 2019 Küresel Çok Boyutlu Yoksulluk Endeksi ve 17 Ekim Dünya Yoksullukla Mücadele Günü vesilesiyle yayımlanan rakamlar da dünya genelinde yoksulluğun ayrıntılı bir resmini çizerken insanların her gün yoksulluğu nasıl deneyimlediklerini çarpıcı biçimde gözler önüne seriyor. Endekse göre 101 ülkede yaşayan 1.3 milyar inşa, dünya nüfusunun yüzde 23.1’i, çok boyutlu olarak yoksul. Çok boyutlu yoksulluk içinde yaşayan insanların üçte ikisinden fazlası, 886 milyon, orta gelirli ülkelerde yaşıyor. Korkmakta haklılar Küresel kapitalist-emperyalist düzen büyük bir tıkanıklık içerisinde. Neo liberal sistem çatırdıyor, dünyanın dört bir tarafında sokağa çıkanların çocuklarına, o ülkelerin gençlerine ekonomik, siyasi, toplumsal açıdan hiçbir gelecek vaat edemiyor. Birleşmiş Milletler “Toplumlarda zenginler ile yoksullar arasındaki uçurumun artmasının toplumların dokusuna zarar verebileceğini ve istikrarsızlığa yol açabileceğini” uyarısında bulunurken, uluslararası finans-kapitalin seçkinleri kaygılı. Kaygılar isyan dalgalarının birleşerek yerleşik düzeni yerle bir etmesinden. Sokak hareketlerinin devrimci bir mecraya akması halinde hiçbir bendin bu dalgaların önünde duramayacağının farkında egemenler. Toplumsal muhalefetin dalgasını bölmek, dindirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Bu kışın egemenler için bir hayli çetin geçeceği ortada. Komünizm gelmeyecek olsa da korkusu yeter!
