Original Painting | 2024 "Live Lively" Collection I’ll Always Have You on My Mind -12" X 9" X 1.5" I am just one among many, living life in pursuit of everything I ever dreamed of. I often get distracted from the good and get stuck in the bad that the world has shown me. The good, and the bad, all I’m hoping and aching for is love, to fill that desire to heal those hurting with plenty more to spare. I believe everyone deserves a chance to live life to its fullest and help the ones struggling with less. I know everyone has a story to tell, how we each have overcome things once thought unimaginable. While healing it’s often easy to get distraught when torment finds its way back in. This pain can be unbearable at times considered to once be healed. This place is where hope lives to bring me back. To hope love is strong enough to navigate to what this world truly has to offer. It is mesmerizing to see how life requires such patience to see its beauty forcing us to slow down. All while guiding us to find love in others and what already is living inside ourselves waiting to be seen. When basking in the light of the life we are presented with, constantly learning all the unique ways we can heal again through the smallest steps we take. All I ever wanted was to seek purpose and feel a deeper connection to the world around me. A reminder that often, no matter where I am the love that has evolved can always go beyond the uncertainty to find what is waiting. The little moments that I have lived within, are the keys to unlocking all the happiness that has yet to come. I have to remind myself to pause and listen to that voice inside. This is the only way, to the live a lively life! BUYER CAUTION By purchasing this embellished painting, you are agreeing and releasing my responsibility of any possible injury that may occur from the surface of the painting, as the painting is fully covered with sharp glitter. Due to the aesthetics of my vision, I decided not to have the painting framed with glass, to truly let this embellished painting shine it’s beauty under the changing of the light. It is completely common for some glitter to fall during transportation, as I cannot expect how bumpy the ride will be. Be sure to be careful when opening the package due to any loose glitter. Once what has fallen off does the rest will stay in place. The surface is fragile and should not be touched with bare hands and kept out of reach of children. Monica Rohan's paintings are suffocatingly beautiful. When you first look at Rohan's work, you are immediately struck by the vibrancy of the colours. Your eyes frantically search across the tangle of intricate patterns that is ever-spreading and engulfing the figure into its fold. Then your eye snags on a figure. Rohan's figures seem to float across a sea of repetition, they hide their faces, their bodies stretch, and they are set adrift in the frantic world around her. The intricacy of the fabric patterns and the dense foliage of her work seek to express the shy anxiety Rohan feels with the world she inhabits and the world inside her. Russian painter Andrey Remnev pulls from both centuries-old approaches and current, graphical influences. Andy Dixon's vibrant and decadent paintings examine the relationship between art and money. Whether it's the personal rooms of patrons or coveted works from the Christie's catalog, Dixon’s lush pieces look at the worth assigned to objects and expressions. (The artist shows new examples of this in an upcoming show at Joshua Liner Gallery.)
