Well, these look like something I'd create, but they didn't come from my kitchen: Vegan nutritionist Lina Saber created these matcha raspberry energy balls using Panatea, a high-quality matcha. Ingredients: 1. 1 cup pitted Medjool dates 2. 1/4 cup almonds 3. 1/4 cup cacao powder 4. 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional) 5. 1 tablespoon maple syrup or natural sweetener of choice 6. 16 crushed raspberries mixed with 1 tablespoon maple syrup 7. 1/4 cup Panatea matcha powder Directions: 1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a food processor and blend. Add a tablespoon of water if necessary until it comes together in a thick dough-like texture. 2. Separate dough and roll into 8 balls (more or less depending on the size you choose to make the balls). 3. Chop each ball in half using a knife. 4.
