(I havent tried that yet but LMK if you do) I am in my sourdough era pls share your favorite recipes!! Thanks for being here π«ΆπΌπ«ΆπΌ βπ ππππππ ππ π¦π£ππ π¦ππ πΉπππππ€ 100g active sourdough starter 255g water (filtered) 40g raw honey 10g sea salt 500g bread flour βΊ Mix ingredients & knead (by hand or in mixer) until dough passes windowpane test (about 6-8m) βΊ Cover & proof at room temp to doubles in size βΊ divide dough into 8 sections, shape into bagels. Cover to rise 30-60m βΊ Preheat oven to 425F βΊ Boil bagels 1m per side in water & place on parchment paper lined baking sheet βΊ Add desired toppings (I used everything but the bagel seasoning & sesame seeds) βΊ Bake for 20-25m until golden brownβ
