Two graceful swans

SWAN BEAUTY

The swan, a majestic waterbird, glides gracefully across lakes and rivers with its long neck held aloft. These large fowl, some the biggest flying birds, are known for their white plumage, though black swans exist too. Powerful wings propel them during migration, their calls echoing across vast distances. Despite their elegance, swans can be surprisingly aggressive, using their webbed feet and strong bodies to defend their territory. #swan #bird #lake #water #animal #wildbird #nature #photography

Grandmother-of-five Debby Smith, 49, says Gloria the swan has become a regular visitor to the B&B she manages in Ivinghoe, Buckinghamshire.
