Uanset om en chiligryde er med eller uden kød, så kan jeg rigtig godt li’ at der er god smæk på chilistyrken. Det fungerer desværre sjældent godt med børn. Jeg vil derfor anbefale at man krydrer retten let og ved servering skruer op for styrken med syltede jalapeño og evt en skefuld sambal oelek.
