In addition to this there are patterns for older children, many different designs for warm afghans, many shawls and wraps for women, a dozen different sweaters for women, petticoats, slippers, men's sweaters and vests, socks, mittens, a few novelty items, and six different fancy edgings. Manuals such as this one are often very scarce to locate in our present time, they are time capsule glimpses into the fashions and handiwork done in the last century.
