Мапо тофу - это настоящий хит сычуаньской кухни: кусочки тофу в остром, пряном, вкуснейшем соусе. Когда-то, в далеком 1862 году, рецепт этого блюда родился в ресторанчике семьи Чен в городе Чэнду. Названием своим обязан госпоже Чен, у которой были некие проблемы с кожей. Мапо тофу переводится как "тофу рябой (грубой) старухи". Рецепт блюда стал безумно популярным сначала в провинции Сычуань, а затем и во всей стране. Говорят, тот ресторан работает до сих пор! Ну что ж, давайте приготовим вкуснейший мапо тофу, тем более что это достаточно просто и быстро!)
