Created 2016. Acrylic and mixed media on unstretched canvas. This initially started as a much larger piece when the artist started to see that it was actually two separate paintings. In a rare moment, she cut the canvas in two and the "AH HA!" moment as the two came to life! She used layers of acrylics as well as other mediums to create texture. Created in her home studio in NY.
