Add all cashew cheese ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Pour the mixture into a pan and heat up. Make sure you stir constantly. After a few minutes it will turn into a thick paste. 3. Transfer the paste into a suitable tupperware and even out. 4. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 5. Then sprinkle some dried basil on a plate.
